The Alfa Forni™ Moderno Portable pizza oven marks a significant innovation in Alfa Forni™'s lineup as its first truly portable pizza oven. Weighing just 77 lbs and complemented by the optional cover with convenient carrying straps, this oven can be effortlessly transported by two individuals. Despite its compact size, this versatile oven is available in two colors and incorporates the patented HeatGenius™ technology found in larger Alfa Forni™ models. Operating solely on propane, it offers unmatched portability without compromising on performance. Unlike other Alfa Forni™ gas ovens, this model does not support natural gas operation.
